Glass containers:
Glass containers are located on the opposite side of the street.

HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee upon availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).

Violations of the smoking ban attract a fee of
250€
plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

4. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

5. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested and contacted prior to their stay.

6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.

7. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.

WASH, DRY & CLEAN

A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate storage room accessible from the apartment.

Own kitchenette with complete kitchen equipment such as toaster, coffee maker, microwave, hotplates, pots, dishes, various glasses, etc...
Free standing refrigerator with freezer compartment.
One closet per room for 2 persons.
Private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bed linen and all towels, as well as shower mats are provided.
