PARKING INFORMATION

The apartment NBS20 does not have any parking permits on the property.

HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee upon availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, not even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).

Violations of the smoking ban attract a fee of
250€
plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

4. Guests whose number exceeds that indicated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

5. Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested and contacted prior to their stay.

6. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, remotes or parking passes.

7. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

8. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.

WASH & DRY

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the bathroom.

WASTE DISPOSAL

Household waste / waste paper / packaging

Waste containers are located in the courtyard at the back of the building (you can see them when you look out of the window in the kitchen).

IMPORTANT: You can only access the backyard with a key! The key is in the apartment.

In case of loss we charge a fee of 150€.
